This Technical Sourcer will be responsible for developing a  pipeling of qualified engineering and product candidates. This sourcer  will be responsible for networking and leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract the candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Directly sourcing passive, niche candidates through complex searches, and various technology platforms

• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.

• Strategize alternative methods to build talent pipelines and conduct market research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.

• Provide a positive candidate experience at every stage of teh recruitment process

Qualifications:

• 1- 3 years of experience sourcinf for Engineering, Product and other technical organizations

• Expertise building sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers

• Experience developing passive sourcing strategies, developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques.
