This Technical Sourcer will be responsible for developing a pipeling of qualified engineering and product candidates. This sourcer will be responsible for networking and leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract the candidates.
Responsibilities:
Directly sourcing passive, niche candidates through complex searches, and various technology platforms
Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
Strategize alternative methods to build talent pipelines and conduct market research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
Provide a positive candidate experience at every stage of teh recruitment process
Qualifications:
1- 3 years of experience sourcinf for Engineering, Product and other technical organizations
Expertise building sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
Experience developing passive sourcing strategies, developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques.
